About 25 years ago, I moved into an old house in Florida with my family.

Not long after, I began to suffer from mysterious, debilitating respiratory issues.

As a young mom and a clinical pharmacist, it was a challenge just to get through the day.

Every breath felt like a struggle. And no wonder...

My lungs were functioning at less than 25%!

Doctors diagnosed me with asthma and offered me steroid injections and inhalers (both barely helped my symptoms).

I was told I would need to be on six medications for the rest of my life and the list of side effects was a mile long. I was devastated that this was to be my new “normal.”

Yet I knew in my heart... there was a better way. My intuition led me to search for answers.

By studying alternative healing methods, so many truths were illuminated for me.

I discovered that medications were temporary solutions (a cure that often came at a high cost) and the whole person must be addressed to identify and resolve the root cause of illness (true healing).

I started by making some simple changes and saw my health improve right away:

• I detoxified my home environment (there was a hidden mold in our house!)
• I changed my diet to eliminate foods I was sensitive to
• I practiced emotional balancing techniques like meditation 

I could breathe again, my stress melted away, my digestive issues cleared up, and I felt better than I had in years! This breakthrough was HUGE.

By combining this lifestyle change with quantum healing techniques, I managed to completely heal myself, safely discontinue all medications, and regain full health.

My dedication to redefine wellness and shape the future of conscious healing comes from a deeply personal place.
