Water is the giver of life. The element of mystery. The provider of peace.
Take a moment to think back to times you have spent around natural bodies of water like the ocean, lakes, rivers, or even a small pond.
Did you feel a sense of peace there?
In a pinch, a relaxing shower or bath at home can have a similar effect. Even just drinking a big glass of water can do wonders for your disposition.
Even if you cannot identify why you feel that way, it is a magnificent and rejuvenating experience. One of the better known reasons for this can actually be explained by science. Water can help you self-regulate your emotions and neutralize your energy with negative ions. (1) It is indisputable that water is part of each of us down to the smallest of molecule.
In this blog, I want to go deeper and reveal the hidden wonders of water that will shift and widen your view on water in a new way.
Are you ready to open your mind to new possibilities?
Today I invite you to explore and learn about some of the wonders of water, the implications of groundbreaking water research as it relates to your health, and how you can use water in your daily life to support your wellbeing.
Water is beautiful. Think of a babbling brook, delicate snowflake patterns, or the way fog covers a hillside on a misty morning. You see every day how water influences and covers the world around you. But what would you discover if you took a closer look?
First, let’s take a look at how essential this element is to our survival...
Water is a part of you, supporting you, and all around you. Our planet is uniquely equipped to support life as we know it because of water. The human body is 70% water. Your brain is 90% water. You developed in and were born from a womb of water, you drink water, you eat food full of water. You could live for quite awhile without food, but would perish in mere days without any water.
Our weather patterns are driven by cycles of water evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. The climates we know and rely on for agriculture depend on water.
Now, can you consider that this element that is so vital to your existence has a consciousness of its own?
Japanese scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto studied water consciousness. He found that human intentions changed the structure of water. When exposed to kindness, compassion, love, and gratitude he found that the water created beautiful molecular patterns.
However, when exposed to hate, chaos, fear, or disgust the patterns became broken and distorted. Dr. Emoto’s work shows how the words we say, thoughts we think, and energies that we emit and are exposed to manifest physically. (2) Water changed its expression based on the emotion it was experiencing.
Virologist and Nobel prize winner Luc Montagnier also studied the consciousness of water. He and his team conduct experiments that they believe prove that water has memory. They found that water carries electromagnetic signals which enable the teleportation of DNA. Water can even listen to sound waves carrying information and then hold that information.
These signals can then be interpreted and the information reconstructed by the scientists. Using this method, researchers successfully reconstituted DNA information from the signals and found it to be a 98% match from the original. (3,4) What an incredible finding!
What do these ideas of water consciousness and memory mean for us?
The science surrounding these ideas is controversial, but science and our understanding of quantum physics is ever evolving. Quantum physics helps scientists zoom in and understand the smallest pieces of known matter. (5)
If the human body is largely made up of water molecules, and water can be influenced by sound and energy waves, does this mean we could treat disease by using water and sound waves? If we are full of water that carries messages of health and wholeness perhaps our bodies would respond in kind.
Luc Montagnier believes that disease may be caused by electromagnetic signals emitted by microorganisms. He is working to uncover the specific microorganisms present, by decoding DNA messages from water, in people suffering from issues like HIV, cancer, and even autism. If these microorganisms can be treated he believes that disease will be cleared. He is hopeful for the possibility of changing how we understand and work with patients in the future. (6)
Here are 5 ways that you can begin to welcome the wonders of water into your daily life:
I hope that you have enjoyed this deep dive into the wonders of water and found a new appreciation for our planet and its natural resources. There is much that we do not yet understand when it comes to how water impacts our bodies and lives. I am encouraged that researchers and scientists are exploring these ideas. It makes sense that our planet's most precious resource holds priceless information if we know how to listen.
